Welcome Our New Associates
Hillary A. Herning
The Law Offices of Carcione, Cattermole, Dolinski, Okimoto, Stucky, Ukshini, Markowitz & Carcione, LLP is pleased to welcome Hillary A. Herning as an associate attorney. Hillary joins the firm after successfully passing the July 2006 Bar Exam. Hillary is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, class of 2006. Hillary completed her undergraduate work at the University of Utah where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies.
Mara Feiger
The Law Offices of Carcione, Cattermole, Dolinski, Okimoto, Stucky, Ukshini, Markowitz & Carcione, LLP is pleased to welcome Mara Feiger as an associate attorney. Mara joins us after 17 years of private practice, primarily as a criminal defense attorney. Mara received her law degree from Western State University in 1989, and started a private practice in Southern California. Since relocating to Northern California, she has become a respected trial attorney and member of the San Mateo County legal community. Mara currently serves as chair of the San Mateo County Bar Association's Lawyer Referral Service and is a member of the Bar Association’s Community Affairs Committee.

- Aaron Markowitz was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the San Mateo County Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Markowitz was sworn in as a new member of the board at the annual dinner honoring the San Mateo County Judges, past and present.
- Gregory Cattermole was elected to serve on the Board of Governors for the Consumer Attorneys of California. Mr. Cattermole was elected as a representative of San Mateo County. The Consumer Attorneys of California is an organization of more than 3,200 attorneys who represent plaintiffs and consumers who are seeking responsibility from wrongdoers.
